Jeffrey Hansler
Jeffrey Hansler is an organizational and business development expert and experienced talent development and training specialist with a BA in Psychology. Conducting professional training programs since 1980, he is an AMA Certified Professional in Management, Certified Speaking Professional, Certified Sales Professional, and NAUI Certified Dive Instructor.
Author of “Sell Little Red Hen! Sell!” and “Better Golf with Gene”, he served as president for the Association for Talent Development, ATD, chapter of Orange County and board member for NAUI International. He currently serves as executive board member for two privately held California Corporations. He received the Belisle Leadership Award from ATD-OC in 2015 and Award of Merit in 2020.
Jeffrey is an expert in developing innovative leadership and organizational growth. His skills include leadership, coaching, consulting, and persuasive communication skills. His leadership and management experience includes the application of emotional intelligence, assessment, innovation, and communication models. His professional leadership, management, and supervisory roles began in 1980 as a NAUI instructor. After his success as an Apple Computer sales representative, his appointment to National Sales Manager and then Vice President of Marketing at Holland Automation in 1983 led to his appointment as President of HAI Software. In 2010, he was tapped as the President/Managing Partner of Oxford Company Consultants, where he remains today.
His professional sales career began with the Southern California sales office for Apple Computer, Inc. in 1980. In 1988, he designed and developed the persuasion model Directed Communication™. His persuasion expertise now applies to all industries. His sales skills earned him status as a top 1% salesperson in four different industries: computer hardware, software distribution, financial products, and service sales. He delivered sales records for organizations in each industry.
As Managing Partner for Oxford Company Consultants, an organizational and business development and training firm, his client experience includes healthcare, retailer, restaurant, real estate and mortgage companies, wholesaler, trade union, construction, and utility companies. Additionally, he has provided specialty services for the CIA and FBI, state senators, high tech and banking firms, and associations in agriculture, service, travel, healthcare, manufacturing, training, promotion, and printing to mention a small portion of examples. He has even counseled White House Staff and department heads of the Federal Government.
Rona Lewis

As VP of Sales for a Mid-West cable rep firm, she discovered the value of Purposeful Play in countering the enormous stress her team was experiencing. Seeing the immediate positive transformation in attitude and health of the entire workforce, she became certified in positive psychology, Creativity coaching and Purposeful and Attuned Play, submitted her resignation and started her own consulting firm in 2006.

Rona holds a BA in advertising from Penn State University with a minor in physical education. As a lettered collegiate athlete, she represented Penn State in Track and Field. Her study in play included programs from the University of Minnesota, Yale University, the State University of New York and Gwen Gordon, Ph.D., a leading authority in play and psychology. And because diet is a major factor in physical and mental health, she attended culinary school at The New School of Cooking in Culver City, CA.
Rona’s two published cookbooks “Does This Cookbook Make Me Look Fat” volumes 1 and 2 and her “The Playful Way” e-book show high ratings and a growing fan base anticipating her newest book, “Play and Profit.”
Certifications include Gwen Gordon’s Psychology of Play, Toastmasters International Advanced Speaker Gold, Positive Psychology and Pro-Chef I and II from the New School of Cooking.
Rona’s memberships include American College of Sports Medicine, Applied Improvisation Network, and Toastmasters International.
